Terms and Conditions:
1. I understand and agree that refunds will only be given until 30 days prior to the actual published class start date. After that time and to the time of the start of the class, only a course credit will be given towards other or future courses.
2. I understand and agree that once the course starts, on the actual class start date, I will not be entitled to a refund, a partial refund, or a credit towards other classes. I do understand that if I fall behind in the coursework, I may join the next discussion group of the same course at no additional charge.
3. I agree that I will not attempt to charge back this paypal transaction until after I have requested a refund, in writing via email, at least 30 days prior to the class start date AND have not received an email confirmation that the the refund has been processed. I understand that it may take up to two weeks from the time I requested the refund until I receive the refund confirmation email, plus the additional time for bank or credit card processing.
4. I understand and agree that I will be enrolled in the next open course offering of the class for which I've paid. I understand that to join a class late, I need emailed approval from Dr. Kellon to do so. I understand and agree that if I join a class late, there will be no refund, no partial refund, nor class credits for that class. I also understand that if I am unable to catch up, I may join the next offering of the same course at no additional charge.
5. I understand that the payment for the USDF credits is non-refundable after the class starts.
6. I understand that if I purchase a gift certificate, it can be transferred to another person, or used for enrollment into any class. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
